As a part of PTLA's Diversity Initiative, the PTLA Leadership established the Diversity Committee in order to implement the Association's diversity mandates.  Among other things, the Committee, working with the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association), developed a Best Practices Manual, in collaboration with diversity consultant Anthony Moore, which provides members with ideas and practices that can be implemented to promote diversity within their firms.
